Freaker Hordes are a prominent hazard in Days Gone. There are a total of 40 Hordes in game, each of them having multiple points they travel between. Hordes are comprised of between 25 and 500 Swarmers. Each horde is positioned in various environments and shows slight differences between each other. Very inconsistent. At least 2 patches later still the same issue as OP. For ex. The lava arch cave horde wont spawn. Restarted game, and even left the region, then came back. Waited several in game days and still nothing. This happened with the proxy horde and a couple others. The others finally loaded in after leaving the area and coming back.
